Can my OPCO fund AI training?
Depending on your sector and your OPCO, the training can be partly or fully funded (CPF is also possible). It is delivered by L'École des Pros, the Qualiopi-certified training body created by HKCOM, and we handle the paperwork for you. We check your eligibility together during the discovery call.
What's the difference between using AI and integrating it?
Using AI means opening ChatGPT and asking it something each time. Integrating it means plugging it into your tools (website, CRM, email, WhatsApp) so it works on its own: answering enquiries, following up quotes, writing call summaries.
Do I need to be a big company?
Not at all. Most of our clients are small businesses and shops. We start with a single repetitive task, measure the time saved, then go further if it's worth it.
Where does my data go?
With cloud AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral), we use business plans that don't train models on your data by default. For sensitive files (clients, health, contracts), we can set up local AI that runs on your own computer and never leaves it.
What will my teams learn in the AI training?
Who does what between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral, how to write effective prompts for your trade, how to protect your data (cloud vs local AI), and above all hands-on work on your own files so the skills are used the very next day.
